Recently renovated, this hotel is absolutely fantastic with excellent Wi-Fi and a superb gastronomic restaurant. the staff is incredibly attentive and very friendly, providing exceptional services including free wake-up calls and ironing. the hotel boasts a magnificent location, just off central Nimes and close to main transport links for exploring the surrounding area.

Greatly enjoyed how the a twin room with a double bed was arranged when we arrived. Location: the hotel was near the restaurant, and a bus stop opposite for trips into town: )

the rooms were nicely furnished and newly renovated with a double bed kept by the kind staff. lots of outstanding food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. also, location was great, at a medium distance from aquatropic espace aquatique.

The Grand Hotel De Nimes 4 Etoiles served as an excellent home base for exploring the area. Its location is very convenient, as it's close to shopping centers, a supermarket, and main transport links, making it easy to navigate the surroundings. I enjoyed a delightful breakfast in the restaurant, and the attentive staff made my experience even better. the room was quiet and comfortable with a double bed. it was within easy walking distance of the priory ruins, making it a great spot for sightseeing. I also had the pleasure of dining at the nearby gastronomic restaurant.

Magnificent and convenient location, not too far from St Michael's Church. Nicely furnished unit with a nice decor.

Reception staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. We arrived earlier at hotel than check in time due to flight timings but reception had our rooms ready very quickly and we were able to check in 4 hours early without being charged any extras. They were also very helpful with ordering taxi's and directing us to bus stops etc as well as speaking excellent english. Not busy while we were there so had the pool(very small) to ourselves

I requested a double room, and the one I got was quite a decent size and felt warm and cozy. 😊.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this incredibly friendly place. I took a twin room with a double bed. The staff was good and awesome. The location was particularly good and great, not too far from Lewes Priory Park. I ate at the gastronomic restaurant near the hotel. My food was outstanding! The check-in was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet overall.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The hotel was easy to find and for us travelling by car the location was perfect. The standard of the room was good and the breakfast had most of what you can expect.

The room we stayed in had a super comfy double bed, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay.

The pool.........my son has enjoyed swimming most days.......and the sun.......It was sunny most days. Well, we went for the sun!!!

We couldnt all stayed together in one room with 2 adults and 2 kids. They asked us to pay for 2 rooms. I suggest all to contact the hotel before traveling to make sure they know how many are coming. We have enjoyed the privacy though. So I was happy after all :)

The staff were really friendly at all times and helpful with local knowledge.

Location is a bit off-putting initially and the prices in the restaurant/bar are far too high, also no food available when we arrived on Sunday. We would have used the hotel much more if the food/bar rates were more typical of the area, this might explain why the bar was always empty?

Smooth check-in process, our triple room was set up with a double bed all good to go when we arrived! 🛏️

Staff were the highlight.

Hotel feels quite dated, however general cleanliness was good.

We complained to the staff that the airconditioner would not cool down. They told us that it only heats up, not cools down. If I wanted it colder I had to open the window. Not a very nice hotel. I expected better from a Holiday Inn hotel.
